I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. I look to help you develop a greater self awareness of your thoughts, emotions and actions and their influence on your well being.

We will work together to look at the big picture of your life to determine the best strategies to help you make great decisions, develop unyielding self confidence, re-ignite your creativity, attract the right people and build solid relationships. We can work to shed grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, stress and fears or surf life changes gracefully. You will become more resourceful in how you deal with present and future situations.

We will look at a balanced approach to incorporating healthy choices for proper nutrition, activity and self-care that are specific to your needs. We will focus on improving vitality and energy, feeling good in your body, managing stress, overcoming burn-out and/or keeping depression at bay.

Your coaching session may be conducted at a location that is convenient to you, at my office or via  Skype or phone. Sessions will include one or a combination of the following modalities depending on your specific needs:

  • Strategic Intervention Life/wellness coaching
  • TraumaPractik® methodology based on the anatomy of trauma
  • Movement/exercise coaching, therapy or Yoga Tune Up®
  • Yoga and meditation – private or group lessons
  • Reiki, Bars or EFT energy healing
